                    Kevin has been a fitness enthusiast his whole life and has been a member of Kingwest Fitness since 2005. In 2010 there was a chance for Kevin to assume ownership of Kingwest Fitness and he jumped at it. Kevin officially took over the reins in April of 2010 and has been making nonstop improvements to the facility ever since. 

                    “I’ve always loved the warm friendly environment at Kingwest, it’s so different from other clubs, my goal is to keep improving our services, amenities, and the overall member experience” Kevin Knott.

                    Brian is an Entrepreneur with a passion for creating success and new opportunities. Brian continues to remain active in several Internet Companies, Ferrari restoration and Philanthropy. As a longtime fitness club member involved in Weight Training, Muay Thai and Boxing, Brian was grateful for the opportunity to assume ownership and partner with Kevin Knott at Kingwest Fitness in July 2011.

                    Kate is a professional dancer based in Toronto. She is trained in ballet, jazz, contemporary, and burlesque among other styles. She has worked with various artists and companies around Toronto including  The Canadian Opera Company and Motus O Dance Theatre. 

                    Kate has earned her BFA in Performance Dance from Ryerson University, her R.A.D. Intermediate vocational with merit, her CanFit FIS certification and is aDivaGirl Licensee and Pro-Trainer. Kate is known for her high energy and fun classes, while still giving the work out and conditioning your body needs! Check out Kate’s classes!

                    FITNESS IN HEELS is a new form of a fun filled workout that combines dance, stamina and balance.

                    Learn to feel comfortable in heels by doing all the regular workout moves while challenging your center of gravity.

                    Wearing heels requires you to use different muscles in your legs than in regular running shoes, therefore you are going to challenge your body in ways you never thought you could. Get ready to sweat, work those muscles and have a sexy awesome time!

                    Daniela Dib began her career as a ballet dancer. Since training at Canada's National Ballet, then dancing professionally throughout Canada and the USA (American Ballet Theater, Boston Ballet, Texas Ballet Theater)

                    With Daniela’s enthusiasm within the fitness industry she is bringing her extensive understanding of the benefits of flexibility to her class! Her 30 min. class combines techniques used to increase the body's natural range of motion.

                    With focus on strengthening the core, increasing cardio stamina, and teaching the proper way to stretch before and after fitness workouts, you will discover flexibility you never knew you had!

                    With more than 10 years of track and field  training and working around gym equipment for as long as he can remember this   energetic  hardworking young man knows his way around the fitness center and the equipment. 

                    He’s our resident evening front desk clerk, barista for the pro shop boasting the best protein shakes and caretaker of the club. With his positive upbeat attitude always expect a warm welcome when this young lad is working the front desk (or wherever he is at the time).

                    Agility, strength and POWER is what you are going to get out of Keegan’s classes! Come and check out one of his POWER CONDITIONING classes!
